Few organisations manage to have all their customer data in one place. Email addresses may be in one application and sales invoices in another. This may work well for specific tasks but not for direct marketing where the Single Contact View is essential for profiling and targetting.

TThe Data Centralisation Manager allows you to bring all these data sources together, automatically de-duplicate and match them on the basis of criteria set by you, and links them into a permanent relationship to provide a Single Contact View. 

Once the Data Centralisation Manager has been configured, it will automatically link existing records and assign new unique reference numbers to new ones.
